Student Storage Units
Student storage units or are important in relation to the overall design of classrooms especially for younger students. In the 21st century classroom, the mobile and modular furniture set up typically will not have a student assigned fixed desk and chair. But, it may be very necessary for each student to have a defined storage space for their backpack, books and other personal items depending on their age and grade level.

Hon SmartLink Modular Storage Whiteboard

Here is a great example of Micro Learning Spaces as Hon has used the backside of their storage panel to install a whiteboard for small group instruction, message board, etc.

SmartLink Desk Wire Book Box used with 3" tray

LDA-15 - This accessory is important if used in conjunction with the Hon Modular Storage 3" tray. Students can go get their 3" tray from the storage cabinet and store in the wire box under the desk. Our only caution here is not having the book box help to perpetuate assigned seating.
